Data and privacy information
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes the information processed when you use TRASSA VPN FREE (the “App”), why it is needed, and how you can exercise privacy choices.
1. Developer and contact
The developer and data controller of the App is IncWeb LLP (ТОО IncWeb).
For privacy questions, requests to access information, or deletion requests, contact [email protected].
2. Information we may process
The App does not require you to provide a name, telephone number, or email address for ordinary VPN use. A technical guest account is automatically created to operate the service.
To provide the VPN: guest account and installation identifiers, device and app version information, access and VPN profile status, and technical information about service requests.
For security and troubleshooting: IP addresses used to contact the service, timestamps, and categories of certain authentication events, rate-limit events, and errors. Such information may be included in technical logs.
On your device: authentication information, connection settings, server selection preferences, and information about the current access period. Some of this information is stored in protected local storage.
For advertising: Google AdMob and advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location derived from technical signals, ad impressions and interactions, and SDK diagnostics. The specific information depends on your region, device settings, and privacy choices.
3. Purposes of processing
We process data to provide VPN connections, authenticate users, select available servers, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and display rewarded advertising.
We do not use our VPN to modify or redirect ads in other apps for monetization.
4. How the VPN works
The App requests Android VPN permission to establish a protected connection and routes applicable device network traffic through the VPN service. Traffic between the device and the VPN server is protected by encryption.
Technical processing of network data is inherent in providing a VPN connection. The App does not provide a feature to build a history of websites visited for users or to sell their web activity. This does not mean that technical logs or network metadata are necessarily absent.
A VPN does not guarantee complete anonymity or prevent websites, network providers, and other services from processing data.
5. Advertising and rewards
The App is free and uses Google AdMob for rewarded advertisements. After a confirmed rewarded ad view, users may receive additional VPN access time. A no-ad viewing option is also available.
Google and its advertising partners may process data to deliver and measure ads, limit their frequency, prevent fraud, and personalize ads where legally permitted and subject to any required consent.
For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Consent and privacy choices
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and where otherwise required by applicable law, the App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present and manage advertising privacy choices.
Where required, you can consent, decline certain processing purposes, or manage your choices. You can reopen privacy options in the App when this is required for you.
Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily mean that all ad delivery is technically unavailable; available options depend on your choices and applicable requirements.
7. Data recipients and service providers
To provide VPN functionality, technical account data and information required to establish and maintain connections are processed by the infrastructure and technical service providers used to operate the service.
Advertising and consent-related information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners under their policies.
We do not sell users’ personal data.
8. Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to maintain accounts, provide VPN access, protect the service, investigate problems, and meet legal obligations. Different categories of data may be retained for different periods.
Data stored locally remains on the device until app data is cleared, the App is removed, or another applicable deletion mechanism is used. Uninstalling the App does not automatically erase information previously stored on servers.
We use technical and organizational security measures, although no method of transmission or storage can eliminate every risk.
9. Access and account deletion
Using the App creates a technical guest account. You can request deletion of your account and associated information by emailing [email protected] with the subject “TRASSA VPN FREE — account deletion”.
To protect your data, we may request information needed to confirm account ownership. Verified requests are handled under applicable law; some information may be retained where there is a lawful basis, including security and legal obligations.
You may also contact us to ask about processing of your information or available privacy choices.
10. Children
The App is not specifically intended for children. If we learn that a child’s information has been processed contrary to applicable requirements, we will review a request for deletion.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy when App features, services, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
